As an HR Generalist, Lola Kakes provides the small business community hands on experience. She is active with SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), ASBA (Arizona Small Business Association) and NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), where she is the President-Elect for the Tucson Chapter, the National Southwest Regional Coordinator and was recently appointed by Mayor Walkup to the Tucson Small Business Commission.
